摘要
顶管施工技术在市政排水及各种中小型管道施工中得到了广泛应用。为使顶管技术可以更加安全、便捷、实用,基于长春市轨道交通6号线02标一工区顶管施工工程,对顶管技术在地下空间中小型管道施工中的应用进行研究分析。根据长春市地质条件针对性选取顶管机的型号参数及支撑体系,在施工过程通过对施工参数不断改进和优化,顺利完成施工,达到降本增效的目的,为顶管施工提供参考。
Pipe-jacking technology has been widely used in municipal drainage pipe and various small and medium-sized pipeline construction.In order to make the pipe-jacking technology more safe,convenient and practical,it carries out research and analysis on the application of pipe-jacking technology in the construction of small and medium-sized underground pipelines,based on the pipe-jacking construction of Work Zone 1 of Changchun Rail Transit Line 6 Lot 02.In view of the geological conditions of Changchun City,the model and specifications of the pipe-jacking machine and the support system of the working shaft are selected.In the construction process,the constructions parameters are continuously improved and optimized,so that it can successfully complete the construction,achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase,and thus providing valuable reference for the similar pipe jacking construction in the future.
