摘要
近年来,医疗建筑的规模越来越大,其功多专业、多功能的特点使得医疗建筑施工难度不断加大,各专业间的大量交叉给工程设计、深化带来了新的挑战,大型医疗EPC工程建设正成为建筑行业发展的趋势。而建筑信息模型(BIM)作为建筑工程行业一种数字信息化技术,通过创建建筑模型,并赋予其建筑所具有的各项几何、非几何真实信息,以其独有的可视化、模拟性、协同性等特点高效辅助全专业、全过程施工管理,实现较好的安全、质量、成本、工期效益,助力打造医疗EPC精品工程。
In recent years, the scale of medical buildings is getting bigger and bigger, and its multi-professional and multi-functional characteristics make the construction of medical buildings increasingly difficult. A large number of crosses between different professions bring new challenges to the engineering design and deepening. The construction of large-scale medical EPC projects is becoming the development trend of the construction industry. The Building Information Model(BIM), as a kind of digital information technology, the construction industry by creating a building model, and gives the architecture of the geometry and non-geometry information, with its unique characteristics such as visualization, simulation, collaborative and efficient auxiliary full professional, the whole process of construction management, to achieve good safety, quality, cost, time limit for a project benefit, help to build Medical EPC quality project.
