摘要
以中山大学附属第一(南沙)医院EPC项目为例,论述该项目在结构方案、人性化设计、设备选型、新型装配式材料和BIM应用等方面的优化设计及成果,探讨医院EPC模式下项目设计优化的重要性与方向。通过在设计阶段与设计单位进行沟通,在初设阶段考虑施工单位重难点问题,避免重复的设计变更与图纸报审,有效衔接设计单位与施工单位,避免二者脱节等方式进行设计优化,达到提升项目效益的目标。
Taking an EPC project in First Affiliated Hospital(Nansha Hospital),Sun Yat-sen University as an example,the optimization design and results of the project in structural scheme,humanized design,equipment selection,new assembly materials and BIM application are discussed.The importance and direction of project design optimization under the hospital EPC mode are discussed.Design optimization is carried out by communicating with the design unit at the design stage,the difficulty points of the construction unit considering in the initial stage,avoiding repeated design changes and drawing review,effectively connecting the design unit and the construction unit to avoid the disconnection between them,which achieves the goal of improving project efficiency.
