摘要
在装配式建筑全生命周期中,BIM正向设计为结构建模、施工模拟、运维管理等设计阶段提供协同运作平台,作为数据信息交换、共享、整合的承载体,BIM结构模型与各类施工模型实现正向转换,取得了较大的工程价值和经济效益。结合BIM-5D技术对某高层住宅进行结构模型转换、构件深化等过程的设计探讨,同时运用多种信息建模软件对结构进行优化调整、工程算量、漫游模拟,此研究可为BIM技术的二次开发以及装配式建筑设计提供参考。
In the whole life cycle of prefabricated buildings,BIM forward design provides a collaborative operation platform for structural modeling,construction simulation,operation and maintenance management.As the carrier of data information exchange,sharing and integration,BIM structural model and various construction models realize positive conversion,and obtain great engineering value and economic benefits.Combined with BIM-5D technology,the process of structural model transformation and component deepening of a high-rise residential building were discussed.At the same time,using a variety of information modeling software to optimize and adjust the structure,calculate the amount of engineering,and simulate roaming.This study can provide reference for the secondary development of BIM technology and prefabricated building design.
