摘要
深基坑开挖会对其附近一定范围内的建筑物和土体产生影响。由于基坑工程周围环境具有复杂性和不确定性,进行基坑开挖对邻近建筑物的影响及控制措施研究,对基坑工程的施工指导具有重要意义。本文运用数值模拟分析方法,考虑建筑物上部结构、基础与土体的共同作用,分析了基坑开挖对邻近建筑物的影响,研究结果表明:1)基坑距离和基坑深度会对基坑稳定性产生影响。基坑距离越小,基坑开挖深度越大,对邻近建筑物的影响越大。2)建筑物的高度,基础埋深和基础类型不同,基坑开挖对其影响也不同。建筑物越高,基础埋深越浅,建筑物受基坑开挖的影响越大。采用复合基础的建筑物,在基坑开挖过程中不宜发生倾斜。3)合适的支护可以降低基坑开挖的影响。设置隔离桩后,建筑物的沉降量与差异沉降量明显减小。
Deep foundation pit excavation will affect the surrounding buildings and soils. Due to the complexity and uncertainty of the environment surrounding pit project, it is necessary to conduct research on the influence of foundation pit excavation and control measures. The relevant research has important significance in the construction guidance of the foundation pit project. Finite element analysis method was used in this paper. Considering the common work of superstructure, foundation and soil, influence of deep foundation pit excavation on surrounding buildings and soil was analyzed. Following results are obtained: 1) The distance to foundation pit and the depth of foundation pit have influence on the stability of foundation pit. With the distance decrease and the depth increase, the influence of deep foundation pit excavation on surrounding buildings increase. 2) The height of buildings, the embedded depth and type of foundation also have influence. Buildings with higher structure and shallower embedded depth are easier to be influenced by the excavation of foundation pit. 3) Suitable foundation pit can reduce the influence of foundation pit excavation. With shelter piles, the settlement of the building are significantly reduced.
