自主BIM技术在装配式建筑领域的发展分析及研究 被引量:6

摘要 以装配式建筑为代表的新型建筑工业化已经成为我国建筑行业发展的重要趋势和方向,国产自主BIM技术在这一进程中应运而生,其旨在打通装配式建筑方案、设计、生产、施工和运维的全产业链,助力装配式建筑领域高效、高质量发展,其应用在建筑工业化中发挥着重要的作用。通过分析当前国内装配式建筑领域中国产自主BIM技术的发展现状,研究国产自主BIM技术应用如何在我国装配式建筑领域中高效应对区域特性、匹配规范、契合行业发展、高效精确完成装配式设计深化、实现设计数据分享,并阐述其在装配式建筑全生命周期中提升设计效率与质量、整合优化构件生产流程、提升装配式施工及管理水平的优势,以及总结国产自主BIM技术对我国装配式建筑健康发展的积极意义。 Represented by prefabricated construction of new building industrialization has become the important trend and direction of the development of the construction industry in our country, the domestic independent BIM technology in the process of the large arises at the historic moment, it is designed to get through prefabricated construction design,production, construction of the whole industry chain, high efficiency, high quality power prefabricated construction areas,its application play an important role in the construction of industrialization. This paper aims to analyze the current development status of China-made BIM technology in the field of prefabricated construction in China, and to study how the application of home-made BIM technology in the field of prefabricated construction in China can effectively cope with regional characteristics, match norms, fit industry development, effectively and accurately complete the deepening of prefabricated design, and realize the sharing of design data. The advantages of improving the design efficiency and quality, integrating and optimizing the component production process, improving the assembly construction and management level in the whole life cycle of the assembled building are expounded, and the positive significance of domestic independent BIM technology to the healthy development of the assembled building is summarized.
