摘要
本工程为上海某带转换层的高层建筑,采用钢管混凝土框架+混凝土核心筒结构。本文对该工程如何结合建筑复杂的外观特点、存在多个容易造成建筑结构超限的客观条件等提出了相应的结构设计措施,通过对结构进行优化设计,使得结构避免超限。然后对比YJK和MIDAS Gen两种有限元计算软件在小震下的弹性分析结果,并采用YJK对结构进行了小震下弹性时程分析,对小震下和中震下转换层楼板进行应力分析,采用MIDAS Gen对首层框架柱进行屈曲分析。最后采用有限元计算软件Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional分析指定工况下转换节点各个相关构件的弯矩、轴力、位移等计算结果,从而验证结构关键转换节点的有效性和安全性。结果表明,该结构在满足建筑特殊外观的要求下经过优化设计使得布置美观合理,抗震性能良好,结构设计安全可靠。
This project is a high-rise building with transfer story in Shanghai,using CFST frame-concrete core wall structure.This article proposes several corresponding structural measures to optimize the design of the structure,in order to avoid the building becoming an ultra-limit structure,based on the complex exterior characteristics of the building and the existence of multiple objective conditions that can easily make the building become an ultra-limit structure.Then,the elastic analysis results of two finite element calculation software,YJK and MIDAS Gen,were compared under small earthquakes.Furthermore,YJK was used to conduct the elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquake,the stress analysis of the transfer floor slab under frequent earthquake and fortification earthquake.Finally,the finite element calculation software Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional was used to analyze the calculation results of bending moments,axial forces,displacements,and other related components of the transfer node under a specified working condition,in order to verify the effectiveness and safety of the key transformation nodes in the structure.The results indicate that the structure has been optimized designed and has been arranged aesthetically and reasonably,with good seismic performance and safe and reliable structural design,taking advantage of the special facade of the building.
