摘要 本工程为上海某高层超限建筑,采用钢管混凝土框架+混凝土剪力墙结构。对该工程的结构特点和超限情况进行了简要介绍,针对超限情况提出了相应的加强措施。通过Midas Building和YJK两种软件对结构进行多遇地震下的弹性分析,并采用YJK对结构进行了小震弹性时程分析及罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性分析,以及中震下楼板应力分析,结果表明,该结建筑整体结构布置合理,能够达到预期的抗震性能目标。 The project is an out-of-code high-rise building in Shanghai,which adopts a structural system of Concrete Filled Steel Tubular(CFST)frame and concrete shearwall.The characteristics and out-of-code circumstances of the structure were described,and the presentation of corresponding seismic measures were given as well.The elastic analysis of the structure under frequent earthquakes was carried out by using Midas Building and YJK software,and YJK software was also used to analyze the elastic time history of the structure and the dynamic elasto-plastic analysis under rare earthquakes.The detailed results show that the structure is reasonably arranged,and it also can meet the designed seismic performance targets.
