摘要
基于工程实际,探讨钢框架-核心筒结构辐射钢梁快速安装施工技术。通过在混凝土核心筒预埋件节点位置预先加设2块三角码板,达到吊装机械能够快速脱钩、撤吊的施工目标,并采用预先加长连接板近埋件端长度的方式,消除混凝土核心筒结构因模板支设、混凝土浇筑变形等施工误差导致的钢梁扩孔、钢梁切割等一系列严重质量问题,显著提高辐射钢梁施工效率,提升核心筒预埋连接节点区施工质量。
Drawing on practical engineering experience,this study examines the rapid installation and construction technology of radiation steel beams within steel frame-core tube structures.Through the proactive addition of two triangular coding plates at the joint position of embedded parts within the concrete core tube,the construction objective of enabling quick unhooking and removal of hoisting machinery is achieved.Additionally,a series of significant quality issues,such as steel beam reaming and cutting,resulting from construction errors such as formwork support and deformation during concrete pouring of the concrete core tube structure,are effectively mitigated by advance lengthening of the end length of the near-buried portion of the connecting plate.As a result,the construction efficiency of the radiant steel beam is markedly enhanced,and the construction quality within the core tube embedded connection joint area is significantly elevated.
