环氧树脂砂浆在水泥混凝土路面修补中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 水泥混凝土路面由于具有极高的刚性,故广泛应用于公路建设中。水泥混凝土路面服役较长时间后,可能会出现质量问题,故针对其进行修补是公路养护中重要的一环。本研究主要以山西省某二级路为例,探讨水泥与粉煤灰替代环氧树脂掺入环氧树脂砂浆后,进而以其修补路面,以水泥及粉煤灰不同的重量替代比,探讨替代后的修补成效。试验项目包含斜剪试验、抗弯试验等。研究结果显示,以粉煤灰替代环氧树脂用量在比例为20%~30%时,其修补效果较好,值得推广。 The cement concrete pavement due to the high rigidity,so widely used in highway.Cement concrete pavement may have quality problems after it has been in serving for a long time,therefore,the patch is the important part of highway maintenance.This research mainly takes a secondary road in Shanxi Province as an example to discuss on the replacement of epoxy resin with cement and fly ash after adding epoxy resin mortar,and with its repair roads,cement and fly ash of different weight replacement ratio instead than explore the repair of replace after the results.Test project contains the oblique shear test,and bending test,etc.Results show that fly ash instead of epoxy resin with 20%~30%,its repair effect is good and worth promoting.
