摘要
数字时代的到来加速了在线教育的兴起和发展,也为教育者带来了全新的挑战。本文旨在从教育者的角度出发,分析如何改进实时在线教育平台以满足教育者的需求。着眼于实时在线教育平台用户满意度,结合国内外用户满意度模型和持续使用意愿理论,构建实时在线教育平台教育者用户满意度模型。通过对实时在线教育平台的教育者用户进行问卷调查和数据分析,评估系统质量和服务质量对满意度和持续使用意愿的影响,并同时考察教育者从事不同教育内容类型对满意度的调节作用。研究结果表明:系统质量中的便利性、技术性、安全性以及服务质量中的个性推荐、功能性均正向影响教育者的满意度、持续使用意愿,且不同教育内容在其中发挥调节作用。因此,基于不同的教育内容类型,对实时在线教育平台功能予以优化升级,增强教育者满意度,有利于提升教育者的持续使用意愿。
The advent of the digital age has accelerated the rise and development of online education,and also brought new challenges to educators.This paper aims to analyze how to improve the real-time online education platform to meet the needs of educators from the perspective of educators.Focusing on the user satisfaction of real-time online education platform,combined with the user satisfaction models at home and abroad and the theory of continuous use intention,this paper constructs the user satisfaction model of real-time online education platform educators.Through the questionnaire survey and data analysis of eduaction users on the real-time online education platform,this paper evaluates the impact of system quality and service quality on satisfaction and willingness to continue their use,and examines the moderating effect of educators’different types of educational content on satisfaction.The results show that:the convenience,technology,security in the quality of the system,as well as the personalized recommendation and functionality in the quality of service have a positive impact on educators’satisfaction and willingness to continue their use,and different educational contents play a moderating role in it.Therefore,based on different types of educational content,the functions of real-time online education platform should be optimized and upgraded to enhance educators’satisfaction,which is conducive to enhancing educators’willingness to continue their use.
