摘要
入学准备教育是指教师有针对性地采取合适的教育方法和措施,引导幼儿逐步具备日后进入小学的基本素质和关键能力。根据《幼儿园入学准备教育指导要点》,本研究的主要内容为:身心准备、生活准备、社会准备、学习准备四方面。采用观察法和访谈法进行调查,剖析大班幼儿教师在准备教育中的现状困境。针对困境,基于幼儿入学准备以及教师专业发展的需要,对存在问题提出相应的解决路径。
School readiness education refers to teachers'targeted adoption of appropriate educational methods and measures to guide children to gradually acquire the basic qualities and key competencies for later entry into the elementary school.According to"Guidance Points for Kindergarten Readiness Education",this study mainly consist of four aspects:physical and mental readiness,life readiness,social readiness,and learning readiness.The survey was conducted using observation and interview methods to dissect the current dilemmas of older kindergarten teachers in readiness education.In response to the dilemma,appropriate paths for solving the problems are proposed based on the need for school readiness of young children as well as professional development of teachers.
