摘要
大学生就业一直是全社会普遍关注的问题,随着社会人才竞争日益激烈,大学生就业压力逐年剧增,鼓励大学生自主创业,通过创业解决就业问题已成为一种新举措。本科生导师制在高校的实施对大学生创业具有重要影响,可帮助大学生提升创业能力、整合创业资源以及识别创业机会等。文章基于对西部地区普通高校的调研,分析了本科生导师制对大学生创业的影响以及促进机制,提出了本科生导师制促进大学生创业的建议与措施。
The employment of college students has always been a widespread concern in society.With the increasingly fierce competition for talent in society,the pressure on college students to find employment has increased sharply year by year.Encouraging college students to start their own businesses and solving employment problems through entrepreneurship has become a new measure.The implementation of undergraduate mentorship system in universities has a significant impact on college students'entrepreneurship,which can help them improve their entrepreneurial abilities,integrate entrepreneurial resources,and identify entrepreneurial opportunities.Based on a survey of ordinary universities in the western region,this article analyzes the impact and promotion mechanism of the undergraduate mentorship system on college students'entrepreneurship,and proposes suggestions and measures for promoting college students'entrepreneurship through the undergraduate mentorship system.
