摘要
教学质量作为高等教育的生命线,提高课程教学质量是目前高校教育改革的重中之重。结合"互联网+"时代的特性,贯彻OBE 理念,研究构建基于课程特征的教学质量评价体系,实现以评促教、以评促管、以评促学的针对性及提高评价过程的艺术性,是促进高校本科课程教学质量提升的有效途径。
Teaching quality as the lifeline of higher education,and improving the quality of course teaching is the most important task in higher education reform.Combined with the characteristics of the Internet era,building evaluation index system of teaching quality based on the curriculum characteristics,will be more effective implementation of promoting teaching and management through evaluation,and comprehensively improve the art of evaluation.It is an efective way to promote the teaching quality of the undergraduate course in colleges and universities by following the concept of the outcome based education philosophy.
