摘要
云南传统医学由民族医学和中医学组成,有着鲜明的地域特征和独特的发展轨迹。云南地方志中著录部分明清时期的医药文献,涵括医书、医家以及零散的医疗实践和医药内容,是记录医药文化历史资料的主要载体和考察云南中医学发展的重要资料。通过梳理方志中医书和医家的著录情况,总结明清云南医药文献著录的特点,可以志见史,分析中医学在明代扎根云南,至清代繁荣发展并逐步地方化的发展历史,总结云南中医学发展得益于汉族移民的进入、与内地中医学交流频繁、与儒学和道教在云南社会的发展关系密切、具有云南地域环境特点等特征。通过研究,还可管窥中医文化从中原辐射至边地,并逐渐实现多元发展、一体同进的过程,呈现明清时期云南地方社会文化发展史侧面。
Yunnan traditional medicine consists of ethnic medicine and Chinese medicine,with distinctive regional characteristics and unique development trajectory.The medical literature of the Ming and Qing dynasties recorded in the local chronicles of Yunnan includes medical books,medical practitioners,and scattered medical practices and medicinal contents,which is the main carrier for recording the historical data of medical culture and an important source for investigating the development of Chinese medicine in Yunnan.By combing the medical books and medical practitioners in the records of local chronicles,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the records of the medical literature of Yunnan in the Ming and Qing dynasties.And the history can be reflected in the records of the local chronicles.It is concluded that Chinese medicine was rooted in Yunnan during the Ming Dynasty,and flourished and gradually localized in the Qing Dynasty.Furthermore,the development of Chinese medicine in Yunnan benefits from the entry of Han immigrants,frequent exchanges with traditional Chinese medicine in the mainland,close relationship with the development of Confucianism and Taoism in Yunnan society,and has the characteristics of Yunnan regional environment.Through the study,we can also glimpse the process of Chinese medicine culture radiating from the Central Plains to the border areas and gradually achieving diversified development and integration,presenting a profile of the local social and cultural development history in Yunnan during the Ming and Qing dynasties.
