摘要
基础教育课程高质量发展是提升我国教育整体质量的核心议题,是以落实立德树人为根本任务、以核心素养为引领、兼顾全体和个体、德智体美劳“五育并举”、人文教育和科技教育并重、借鉴国际经验并彰显中国特色的发展。当前,基础教育课程高质量发展面临战略定位提升和政策引领加强、教育需求升级和社会发展加快、全球教育变革加剧和国际交流频繁、数字化转型赋能加强和信息技术融合应用深化等时代机遇。要实现基础教育课程高质量发展,应进一步树立正确的课程理念,加强课程体系顶层设计,推进课程政策有效落实,强化师资队伍建设,促进优质课程资源共建共享。
High-quality development of basic education curriculum is the core issue for improving the overall quality of education in China.The development is based on the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,is guided by core competency,takes into account group and individual,promotes the integration of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education,emphasizes both humanistic and technological education and draws on international experience and highlights Chinese characteristics.At present,the development is facing opportunities such as strategic positioning enhancement and policy guidance strengthening,upgrading of educational demand and accelerated social development,intensified global education reform and frequent international exchanges,and digital transformation empowerment and integration and application of information technology.To achieve the development,we should establish correct curriculum concept,strengthen top-level design of curriculum system,promote the implementation of curriculum policies,facilitate faculty construction,and promote the co-construction and sharing of high-quality curriculum resources.
