摘要
为提升新时代军校教员专业能力,在分析新时代军事教育方针对军校教员能力要求的基础上,借鉴一般教师核心能力构成,构建包含政治能力、社会能力、学员能力、学科能力和教学能力等5个方面共16个支撑点的军校教员核心能力基本框架;在教学反思、行动研究和校本培训3种典型途径的基础上,提出教员主动作为、学校因势利导、立足行动研究、拓展专业发展广度和深度的教员关键能力培养路径。
In order to improve the professional ability of military academy teachers in the new era,this paper firstly analyzes the requirements of military education policy for military academy teachers’ability in the new era.Then,by referring to the composition of general teachers’core competence,it constructs a basic framework of military academy teachers’core competence,which includes sixteen points in five aspects of political,social,student,subject and teaching competence.Finally,on the basis of three typical ways of teaching reflection,action research and school-based training,it puts forward the cultivation path of teachers’key ability,such as teachers’initiative,schools’guidance according to the situation,action research,and expanding the breadth and depth of professional development.
