摘要
基于齿轮接触疲劳强度技术研究,文中对比了具体参数的齿轮在不同热处理工艺下的疲劳极限应力值,通过试验为提高齿轮接触疲劳强度提供了方法,并依据试验原理和试验条件,阐述了此测试方法的可行性、方便性和经济性。
Based on the research of gear contact fatigue strength technology,this paper compares the fatigue limit stress values of gears with specific parameters under different heat treatment processes,and provides a method to improve the gear contact fatigue strength through the test.According to the test principle and test conditions,this paper expounds the feasibility,convenience and economy of this test method.
