摘要
为了准确模拟某新型机车转向架联轴节的疲劳寿命分布,结合其实际运营载荷,编制出联轴节疲劳寿命仿真计算的载荷谱。基于ANSYS有限元分析软件和n-Code疲劳分析软件,应用准静态叠加法和线性累积损伤理论对该联轴节的疲劳寿命进行了仿真分析,并仿真了联轴节在承受瞬态冲击时的疲劳寿命。计算结果表明,联轴节的疲劳寿命满足设计要求。
In order to accurately simulate fatigue life distribution of a new locomotive coupling, this paper presents load spectrum for fatigue life simulation of the coupling combined with practical load carrier. Applying the method of quasi-static stacking and the theory of linear cumulative damage, the fatigue life of new locomotive coupling has been simulated based on ANSYS finite element analysis software and n-Code fatigue analysis software. The coupling fatigue life is also calculated enduring the impact of transient load. The results show that the coupling fatigue life satisfies the design requirements.
