摘要
智慧交通是一个复杂的融合系统,也是智慧城市的重要组成部分。本文分析了智慧交通的战略意义、发展阶段和发展趋势,并重点讨论了其当前所面临的挑战,主要体现在智能技术的社会安全性、顶层规划与部门行业间分治的矛盾、交通基建长久性与智慧技术快速更新换代之间的矛盾、技术排斥与交通公平之间的矛盾、技术革新与保障就业之间的矛盾、新兴商业模式与行业可持续性等多个方面。
Smart Mobility is a complex integrated system and is also an important component of the Smart City.This paper gives a comprehensive review of Smart Mobility and can be divided into four parts.The first part builds the conceptual map of Smart Mobility and analyses its strategic significance,which is followed by the discussion of its developing trend from policy and technical perspective.Finally,this paper is concluded by suggesting the current challenges of Smart Mobility and pointing out some strategies to deal with.This paper focuses on discussing the social security of Smart Mobility,the contradiction between central planning and industry management,the conflict between expensive upfront cost of transport infrastructures and rapid technology upgrading.Technology excluding and transport equity,technology innovation and employment guarantee,as well as emerging business model and industry sustainability are also included in this paper.
