摘要
工程造价市场化是新时代发展的必然趋势也是最终归宿。通过研究工程造价与造价管理的关系,理清内部关系,从时间维度上对造价管理的影响因素进行分析,归纳总结成造价管理领域存在的问题。同时以问题为导向,以市场需求视角提出建筑工程造价管理的应对策略,以补充完善造价管理理论,为更好地服务造价管理工作奠定基石。
The marketization of project cost is the inevitable trend of the development of the new era and the final destination.By studying the relationship between project cost and cost management,this paper clarifies the internal relationship,analyzes the influencing factors of cost management from the time dimension,and summarizes the problems existing in the field of cost management.At the same time,puts forward the coping strategies of construction project cost management from the perspective of market demand,so as to supplement and improve the cost management theory and lay the foundation for better service cost management.
