摘要
在建筑工程施工过程中,经常出现在同一结构层内多个混凝土供应商交叉供应的情况,这就导致在后期依据图纸进行工程结算过程时,商务部门需要提取分区混凝土使用量作为依据进行结算。因此,如何快速、准确地对同一结构层构件进行分区工程量提取就成了商务算量工作中常常遇到的难题。将BIM技术与商务算量工作相结合,基于工程施工阶段BIM模型,提取分区工程量作为参考,辅助商务部门进行工程结算,解决分区结算难以准确提取混凝土工程量的问题。
In the process of building construction,often appear in the same layer in multiple suppliers cross supply situation of concrete structure,this causes on the basis of drawing in the later construction settlement process,the business sector need to extract concrete usage as a basis for settlement Therefore,how to rapidly and accurately partition of quantities of the same structure layer components are extracted to become business calculate quantity problem often encountered in the work This article combines the BIM technology and the amount of work for business,BIM model based on engineering construction stage,to extract the partition of quantities for reference,auxiliary business department for project settlement,solve the problem of partitioning settlement is difficult to accurately extract the concrete quantity.
