摘要
低影响开发(LID)是实现城市雨洪控制的新兴理念与有效途径。在深入研究国内外LID技术经验的基础上,提出了标准化的LID规划设计及评估流程,构建了用于LID措施比选及适建区分析的评价指标体系。运用数字排水平台(DigitalWater DS 3.0)构建了某试验小区LID模拟分析模型并进行情景分析,结果表明,在1年一遇、降雨历时为120 min的情景下,方案实施后,系统总径流量和洪峰流量可分别削减85.7%和84.1%,洪峰出现时刻推迟90 min。
Low impact development (LID) is an emerging and effective stormwater management strategy. By comprehensively considering the LID study and practices both in China and abroad, the standardized LID planning and evaluation process was proposed. The evaluation index system for selection of LID measures and analysis of suitable construction area were established. The LID model for a certain testing area was developed by DigitalWater DS 3.0 and simulation analysis was performed. For a one-year return period with 120-min rainfall duration, the total runoff and the peak runoff could be decreased by as much as 85.7% and 84.1% , respectively. The peak flooding appearance time was delayed by 90 rain after implementing the LID scenario.
