摘要
面对原有政府监督工作由于信息不互通、不共享导致的信息孤岛现象,研究以信息化推动智慧政府监督工作。借鉴国外先进的成熟经验,建立智慧政府信息化组织架构,提升监督工作的服务质量,利用互联网与公共管理学理论,深化政府与公民信息化思维,在此基础上,创新和完善智慧政府监督制度,保障公民合法权益,提高监督工作效率与质量。通过以上内容加强了监督工作的信息共享能力,使得各部门之间更加统一协调,监督工作更加标准化、规范化。
In the face of the isolated information island phenomenon caused by the lack of information exchange and sharing in the original government supervision work,this paper studies how to promote the supervision work of smart government by informatization.Learn from the advanced and mature experience of foreign countries,establish the information organizational structure of smart government,improve the service quality of supervision work,use the Internet and public management theory to deepen the informatization thinking of government and citizens,on this basis,innovate and improve the supervision system of smart government,protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens,and improve the efficiency and quality of supervision.Through the above contents,the information sharing ability of supervision work is strengthened,which makes the departments more unified and coordinated,and the supervision work is more standardized and normalized.
