摘要
针对复杂公共建筑"前策划-后评估"全过程中利益相关方众多、决策意见多样且意见集中难、需求与创新联通转换不精确等问题,引入质量功能扩展方法。将项目利益相关者的需求作为整个流程的延续脉络,从需求的获取、识别到特性转换、方案落实,建立全过程运作管理方法。以实现需求导向的设计创新为目标,探讨该方法在大型复杂公建项目中的应用和操作方法。
Aiming at the problems of numerous stakeholders,diverse decision-making opinions and difficult concentration of opinions,inaccurate conversion between demand and innovation,etc.in the whole process of“Architectural Programming&Post Occupancy Evaluation”of complex public buildings,the Quality Function Deployment methods will be adopted to meet the needs of project stakeholders.Making the project stakeholders demand as a continuation of the whole process,from requirements acquisition,recognition of the characteristics of the transformation,project implementation,set up the whole process of the operation management method.In order to realize the demand-oriented design innovation,the application and operation of this method in large and complex public buildings are discussed.
