摘要
建筑策划的发展从早期的建筑设计与策划相分离到建筑策划,设计之后使用后评价体系来进行验证,目前建筑策划已逐步成为建筑全生命周期中不可或缺的一个子系统。文中通过梳理国内体育建筑的前策划与后评估的专业文献.对体育建筑设计与建筑策划的关系。建筑的可持续性与使用后评估的关联性等进行分析,为体育建筑的设计.建造运营以及拆除提供有力的支撑依据,使建筑从方案构想开始就是一个能够与城市、社会彼此协调.互相融合的有机体,同时总结前策划后评估闭环流程的优势,指明职业建筑师的未来发展方向。
The design and planning of architectures used to be separated, and it was verified through the post-use evaluation system. Architectural planning has gradually become an indispensable subsystem in the entire life cycle of buildings. By sorting out the literatures on the pre-planning and post-assessment of sports buildings in China,this paper analyzes the relationship between architectural design and architectural planning, the sustainability of buildings, and the relevance of post-use assessment, providing the technical support for the design, the construction,the operation, and the demolition of sports buildings, to make the building an organism that can coordinate and integrate with the city and society from the scheme conception. Finally, the significance and advantages of the pre planning and post evaluation closed-loop process were summarized, and the future development direction of professional architects was pointed out.
