Path dependence in the change process of interdisciplinary research organization in American universities

摘要 追踪美国大学跨学科研究组织的变迁轨迹,可以将这个变迁过程划分为三个阶段,即萌芽期、兴起期和发展期。在不同阶段,大学内纷纷成立了各种跨学科研究组织,以满足社会需求。这种组织变迁具有明显的路径依赖,是一个强制性制度变迁和诱致性制度变迁并行的过程。分析美国大学跨学科研究组织创新,其重要性不仅体现在它如何促进美国的经济增长上,更重要的意义是为美国乃至全球的大学科研组织模式运行发展探索出一种有效可行的制度安排。 Tracking the change path of interdisciplinary research organizations in American Universities,the change process can be divided into three phases,namely,the embryonic period,rise period and the development period of University interdisciplinary research organizations.At different stages,universities have established Various interdisciplinary research organizations to meet the needs of the society.The organizational change process has clear path dependence,it is a parallel process of compulsive institutional change and inducing institutional change.Analysis of the system model innovation of R D organizations in American Universities,its importance is reflected not only in how it can promote economic growth in U.S.,more importantly,the significance means is to explore a system of effective and feasible model for American University as well as global development model of scientific research organizations.
