摘要
大数据时代,高校传统人事管理模式进入了改革和创新的阶段,应用大数据技术和理念开展高校人事工作使人事管理的质量与效率得到了有效提升。目前,部分高校仍沿用传统人事管理模式,难以满足高校人力资源工作的要求。文章分析了大数据时代我国高校人事管理工作中存在的问题,并结合这些问题探索高校人事管理工作的优化路径。
In the era of big data,the traditional personnel management mode of colleges and universities has entered the stage of reform and innovation.The application of big data technology and concept to carry out personnel work in colleges and universities has effectively improved the quality and efficiency of personnel management.At present,some colleges and universities still use the traditional personnel management mode,which is difficult to meet the requirements of human resources work in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the personnel management of colleges and universities in China in the era of big data,and explores the optimization path of personnel management of colleges and universities in combination with these problems.
