摘要 随着基因工程技术在医药行业中的广泛应用,利用基因工程技术开发药物获得快速发展。基因工程技术成为绝大多数高校生物制药专业重要的核心课程。为培养学生的岗位职业能力,在CBE&OBE理念指导下,紧跟科学前沿技术构建模块化教学内容,强化学生的主体地位,融入MOOC混合式教学、翻转课堂,以项目设计、项目操作、项目总结分析为导向开展实验课程,建立合理的学习成果评价体系。经过教学实践,学生对改革后的课程满意度、教学效果均明显提高。 With the wide application of genetic engineering technology in the pharmaceutical industry,the use of genetic engineering technology to develop drugs has achieved rapid development.Genetic engineering technology has become an important core course for biopharmaceutical majors in most colleges and universities.In order to cultivate students’professional ability,under the guidance of CBE&OBE concept,closely follow the cutting-edge science and technology to build modular teaching content,strengthen students’dominant position,integrate MOOC mixed teaching and flipped classroom,carry out experimental courses guided by project design,project operation and project summary and analysis,and establish a reasonable learning achievement evaluation system.Through teaching practice,students’satisfaction with the reformed curriculum and teaching effect has been significantly improved.
