摘要
论述当前冶金工程专业人才培养现状,根据存在的具体问题,以OBE理念为指导,分别从人才培养方案修订、师资、教材与测试、就业四个方面提出冶金工程专业人才培养体系的建设路径,以期通过冶金工程专业教学改革,全面提高学生综合素养和能力,为有色金属行业可持续发展提供人才保障。
Through the discussion of the current situation of metallurgical engineering personnel training,according to the specific problems,under the guidance of OBE concept,the paper puts forward metallurgical engineering personnel training system construction path respectively from the talent training program revision,teachers,teaching materials and testing,employment,ideological and political course construction four aspects.It is hoped that students’comprehensive quality and ability will be improved comprehensively through the teaching reform of metallurgical engineering specialty which will provide personnel guarantee for the sustainable development of China’s nonferrous metal industry.
