摘要
随着数字化、智能化时代的到来,社会各界对高科技应用型思辨人才的需求与日俱增。高等教育作为培养复合型人才的窗口,已从“知识单元传输”转为“人格和素质的养成以及能力的培养”。将“基于问题的学习(PBL)”教学模式与高等教育相结合,探索高校学生批判性思维能力培养的可行性,并以“管理哲学”课程为例,提出新形势下的课程设计策略,为工商管理专业新型人才培养实践提供参考和借鉴。
With the advent of the era of digitalization and intelligentization,there is an increasing demand for high-tech applied thinking talents from all walks of life.As a window for cultivating compound talents,higher education has shifted from knowledge unit transmission to personality and quality cultivation and ability cultivation to problem-based learning(PBL).Combining teaching mode with higher education,this paper explores the feasibility of cultivating college students’critical thinking ability.Taking management philosophy course as an example,this paper puts forward the course design strategy under the new situation,providing reference for the practice of cultivating new talents for business administration specialty.
