摘要
职业启蒙教育即职业的入门教育,既要给学生普及职业方面的知识,又要让其真实地感受职业岗位的要求和职责,从而培养小学生的职业兴趣,引导其对未来职业的向往。文章根据小学职业启蒙教育课程现状,结合职业启蒙教育专业性、实践性、连续性的特点,提出:专职教师―专业教育专家共同编制课程教材、地方政府―教育部门协同建立“校外社会实践”机制、家校合作开展校内职业启蒙教育活动等对策,促进小学阶段职业启蒙教育课程体系的建立与完善。
Vocational enlightenment education is the entry-level education of vocational education,which not only popularizes vocational knowledge to students,but also allows them to truly feel the requirements and responsibilities of vocational posts,so as to cultivate primary school students’vocational interest and guide their yearning for future careers.According to the current situation of the primary vocational enlightenment education curriculum,combined with the characteristics of professionalism,practicality and continuity of vocational enlightenment education,the article puts forward such countermeasures as full-time teachers professional education experts working together to compile curriculum textbooks,local government education departments working together to establish the"social practice outside school"mechanism,and home school cooperation in carrying out school vocational enlightenment education activities,so as to promote the establishment and improvement of the curriculum system of primary vocational enlightenment education.
