摘要
目的:基于微课与CBL相结合的教学模式,探索医学本科生线上学习风湿病学的效果。方法:120位大学四年级医学本科生按1:1比例随机分为观察组和对照组线上学习类风湿关节炎,观察组采用微课结合CBL教学法,对照组采用预先提供PPT预习后的线上传统LBL教学法。比较两组学生在线学习类风湿关节炎的效果以及对临床实践态度的影响。结果:两种教学形式均提高了类风湿关节炎知识的获取,但观察组的学生课前、课后小测及一个月后的记忆测试的平均分显著高于对照组学生(P<0.05),临床实践态度更积极(P<0.05)。结论:基于微课与CBL相结合的混合教学模式在医学本科生线上学习风湿病学的效果更好,对临床实践期待度更高。
Objective:To explore the effect of online learning of rheumatology for medical undergraduates based on the teaching mode of combining micro courses with CBL.Methods:120 senior medical students were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the 1:1 ratio to learn rheumatoid arthritis online.The observation group adopted the micro class combined with CBL teaching method,and the control group adopted the traditional online LBL teaching method after providing PPT preview in advance.To compare the effect of online learning of rheumatoid arthritis and its influence on clinical practice attitude between the two groups of students.Results:Both teaching methods improved the acquisition of rheumatoid arthritis knowledge,but the average scores of the students in the observation group in the pre class and post class quizzes and the memory test one month later were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and their clinical practice attitude was more positive(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hybrid teaching mode based on the combination of micro courses and CBL is better for medical undergraduates to learn rheumatology online,and has higher expectations for clinical practice.
