摘要
随着新工科建设的持续推进,当前新工科建设和产教融合背景下对应用型工程人才培养有了更高的要求。为了培养符合现代高分子材料与工程产业需要的应用型工程人才,文章以常州大学高分子材料与工程专业人才培养的重要实践教学环节——生产实习为例,分析了当前生产实习教学中存在的问题,并基于新工科人才培养的OBE理念提出了一系列产教融合改革措施,以期为应用型新工科人才的培养提供借鉴。
With the continuous promotion of the construction of new engineering courses,the current background of the construction of new engineering courses and the integration of industry and education has higher requirements for the cultivation of applied engineering talents.In order to cultivate application-oriented engineering talents that meet the needs of the modern polymer materials and engineering industry,this article takes the production practice,an important practical teaching link in the cultivation of polymer materials and engineering professionals at Changzhou University,as an example,analyzes the existing problems in the current production practice teaching,and proposes a series of industry-teaching integration reform measures based on the OBE concept of new engineering talent cultivation,with a view to providing reference for the cultivation of applied new engineering talents.
