摘要
目的探讨基于团队为基础学习(Team-Based Learning,TBL)的翻转课堂教学模式在肾脏内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取我校2017级四年制护理学专业本科生100人为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,各50人。实验组采用基于TBL的翻转课堂教学模式,对照组采用传统教学授课模式。比较两组学生的肾脏内科护理理论知识考核成绩和护理病历分析成绩,并且记录实验组学生在基于TBL的翻转课堂中的表现及课后对此教学模式的评价。结果实验组学生理论考核成绩和护理病历分析成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示:大部分学生在基于TBL的翻转课堂教学中表现良好,并且认可该种教学模式的教学。结论基于TBL的翻转课堂教学模式有助于提高学生的理论考核成绩和综合实力,对今后临床护理工作的开展有较大的帮助。
Objective To explore the application effect of the flipped classroom teaching model based on team-based learning in the nursing teaching of renal medicine.Methods 100 undergraduate students of the four-year nursing major of our school in 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,50 persons each.The experimental group adopted the flipped classroom teaching mode based on TBL,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The examination results of theoretical knowledge of renal internal medicine nursing and the analysis results of nursing medical records of the two groups were compared,and the performance of the experimental group in the flipped classroom based on TBL and the evaluation of the teaching mode after class were recorded.Results Results of theoretical examination and analysis of nursing medical records of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire show that most students perform well in the flipped classroom teaching based on TBL,and they agree with this teaching mode.Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching mode based on TBL is helpful to improve students’theoretical assessment results and comprehensive strength,which is of great help to the development of clinical nursing work in the future.
