摘要
新时代高校基层教学组织是推进新文科建设的重要支撑,也是提升人才培养质量的重要保障。高校文科专业基层教学组织建设还存在着专业培养目标不够明确、教学资源利用不到位等问题。新文科基层教学组织建设应在优化人才培养理念,完善组织生态系统、合理安排基层教学组织体系架构,进行学科交叉学习,联动基层教学组织与教师教学发展中心,打造精品文科专业等方面发力。
In the new era,grassroots teaching organizations in universities are an important support for promoting the construction of new humanities,and also an important guarantee for improving the quality of talent cultivation.There are still problems in the construction of grassroots teaching organizations for liberal arts majors in universities,such as unclear professional training objectives and inadequate utilization of teaching resources.The construction of grassroots teaching organizations in the new liberal arts should focus on optimizing talent cultivation concepts,improving organizational ecosystems,reasonably arranging the structure of grassroots teaching organizational systems,conducting interdisciplinary learning,linking grassroots teaching organizations with teacher teaching development centers,and creating high-quality liberal arts majors.
