摘要
技术创新是经济发展的原动力,环渤海、长三角和珠三角一直是我国经济发展的领头羊,其技术创新水平引领和决定着我国经济的发展。本文以环渤海、长三角和珠三角为研究对象,基于技术交易数据,将技术创新分为自主研发和技术引进,以技术输出能力代表自主研发,以技术吸纳水平代表技术引进。通过对比分析2006-2018年来3个地区的技术输出和技术吸纳情况,探析技术创新的现状和发展趋势,进一步挖掘3个地区各自的技术创新特征,明确发展中存在的不足,及时调整发展方向,为相关政策的制定提供参考。
Technological innovations are the motive power for economic development.The area around Bohai Sea,the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta have always been the leaders of the economic development in China,whose advancement of technological innovation leads and decides the growth of China’s economy.With these three regions as the subject,the study,based on the data of technology transactions,categorizes technological innovations into independent research and development and technology introduction,where the former is represented by technology output capacity while the latter by technology absorption level.Through comparisons to analyze the technology export and technology absorption of these three regions from 2006 to 2018,the status quo and advancement trend of their technology innovation is explored for further investigation on the distinctive characteristics of their own technology innovations.Moreover,the shortcomings present in their development are pinpointed so that the development direction can be adjusted timely.The study is available to provide reference for the formulation of relevant policies.
