摘要
为了研究区域研发资金投入和劳动力投入对省域专利创新产出绩效影响,文章选取2000-2015年中国省域面板数据,构建基于CES生产函数专利创新产出绩效空间计量模型,探究科研资金和劳动力投入对省域专利创新绩效的空间关联性及其作用机理影响。研究结果显示:空间滞后模型的拟合程度要优于传统计量模型,省域之间专利创新产出绩效存在空间关联性,研发资金投入和劳动力投入对区域创新产出的影响是显著的,研发资金投入对专利创新绩效产出的作用为正,而研发劳动力投入对专利创新绩效产出的作用为负。此外,外商直接投资、对外开放程度对专利创新知识产出也有显著性影响,而金融发展水平对区域创新知识产出并没有显著性影响。
In order to study the effect of research and development capital investment and labor input on patent innovation output,this paper constructs the framework of performance measurement model of patent innovation output based on CES production function from2000to2015,and compares it with traditional metrological regression model.This paper explores the spatial correlation of scientific research funds and labor input on patent innovation output and its mechanism.The results show that the spatial hysteresis model is better than the traditional measurement model.There is a spatial correlation for the performance of regional patent innovation output.The influence of R&D capital investment and labor input on regional innovation output is significant.The impact of investment on innovation knowledge output is positive,while the influence of R&D labor input on patent innovation knowledge output is negative.In addition,the degree of foreign direct investment and the degree of opening to the outside world have a significant effect on the knowledge innovation of patent innovation,and the level of financial development has no snificant effect on regional innovation knowledge output.Therefore,in order to enhance the R&D capital investment and the impact of labor input on the performance of innovation output,we need to focus on improving the efficiency of R&D funding,reducing the brain drain in the western region and enhancing the industrial synergies.
