深厚软土地区盾构破壁对周围环境影响三维数值分析

摘要 随着地铁网络密集化,地铁车站所处环境越来越复杂,盾构破壁给周围环境带来的影响越来越大,因此研究深厚软土地区盾构破壁对周围环境的影响具有重要意义。本文以邻近软土车站盾构破壁接收工程为例,建立三维数值模型,研究了盾构破壁对周围土体变形和车站结构的影响规律,并通过对比分析了加固的影响,最后讨论了端头区最优加固尺寸。结果发现:盾构破壁过程中,距离盾构越远,地表变形和车站结构板变形越小;端头加固可以降低对地表和车站结构板的影响;地表最大变形量随着纵向和横向加固长度的增加而减小并趋于平缓,端头区最优加固尺寸为纵向长度8 m,横向长度4 m,可供类似工程参考。 With the intensive subway network, the environment of subway station is becoming more and more complex, and the impact of shield wall breaking on the surrounding environment is becoming greater and greater. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the impact of shield wall breaking on the surrounding environment in deep soft soil area. In this paper, taking the shield wall breaking receiving project of adjacent soft soil station as an example, a three-dimensional numerical model is established, the influence law of shield wall breaking on the surrounding soil deformation and station structure is studied, the influence of reinforcement is compared and analyzed, and finally the optimal reinforcement size of end area is discussed. The results show that in the process of shield wall breaking, the farther away from the shield, the smaller the surface deformation and station structural plate deformation;end reinforcement can reduce the impact on the ground surface and station structural slab;The maximum surface deformation decreases and tends to be flat with the increase of longitudinal and transverse reinforcement length. The optimal reinforcement size of end area can be longitudinal length of 8 m and transverse length of 4 m.
