摘要
依托广州地铁18号线沙溪站~石榴岗站区间风化泥质粉砂岩地层盾构始发工程,基于有限元理论研究负环管片的拆除时机及其影响因素。结果表明:掘进距离达123m,即管片环数达77环时,盾构推力对负环管片的影响很小,此时拆除负环管片是安全的;随着摩擦系数、隧道埋深和管片外径增加,满足拆除负环管片的最小掘进距离呈指数关系减小,且这三个因素的影响随参数值的增大逐渐减弱;负环管片拆除时机主要与零环管片轴向位移和管片摩擦力有关,实际工程中需要综合考虑上述两方面因素判断负环管片的拆除时机。
Relying on the initiation of the shield tunnel in the weathered argillaceous siltstone stratum of Shaxi Station to Shiliugang Station on Line 18 of Guangzhou Metro,the timing of the removal of the negative ring segment and its influencing factors are studied based on the finite element theory.The results show that when the digging distance reaches 123 m,that is,the number of ring segments reaches 77,the shield thrust force has little effect on the negative ring segment.At this time,it is safe to remove the negative ring segment.With the increase of the friction coefficient,the tunnel buried depth and the outer diameter of the segment,the minimum driving distance required to remove the negative ring segment decreases exponentially,and the influence of these three factors gradually decreases with the increase of the parameter value;the timing of the removal of the negative ring segment is mainly related to the displacement and the friction of the segment.It is necessary to comprehensively consider the above two factors to determine the timing of the removal of the negative ring segment.
