摘要
面向新时代的新挑战、新需求,针对领导干部和公务员科学素质建设中存在的认知问题、目标问题和不平衡不充分问题等,确立了新时期领导干部和公务员科学素质提升行动的着力点:强化科学素质建设的价值引领,提升科学执政的能力水平,坚持以评价为导向的贯彻落实,高效服务党和国家事业发展。
By summarizing the new challenges and existing problems in scientific literacy construction of leading cadres and civil servants,this paper points out the focuses of scientific literacy improvement of leading cadres and civil servants in the new era:strengthening the value guidance of scientific literacy construction,improving the ability of scientific governance,adhering to the evaluation-oriented implementation,and efficiently serving the development of party and country causes.
