摘要
为了从安全角度对化工园区规模进行约束,更加科学地控制化工园区的固有风险,提出化工园区安全容量的计算方法。基于定量风险分析与危险化学品固有风险分析,提出通过道路运输风险控制个人风险的方式,计算出化工园区安全容量的量化约束。研究结果表明:化工园区安全容量采用道路运输风险进行测定,其对统计数据的客观性要求比较严格,具有一定科学性,研究结果可为园区管理机构对化工园区的项目引入及退出提供理论参考和科学支撑。
To constrain the scale of chemical industry park from the safety perspective,and control the inherent risk of chemical industry park more scientifically,a calculation method for the safety capacity of chemical industry park was proposed.Based on the quantitative risk analysis and inherent risk analysis of hazardous chemicals,it was proposed to calculate the quantitative constraint of safety capacity of the chemical industry park by controlling the individual risk through road transportation risk.The results show that it can provide theoretical reference and scientific support for park management agencies to make significant decisions on the introduction and exit of projects in the chemical industry parks.
