摘要
从计划行为理论的视角出发采用中国综合社会调查数据(CGSS2015)对社会保险、社会保障满意度、企业家精神(冒险与创新)与创业及其创业意愿间的联系进行分析,并在此基础上针对不同地区、不同年龄、城乡以及农民工农民工的创业及其意愿的异质性进行了探究。研究发现:(1)在总体上,我国居民个体对社会保险的参与度与保障的满意度对居民创业及其意愿具有直接的抑制效果,且还通过降低居民冒险精神水平的中介效应方式对居民创业及其意愿产生抑制效果;(2)我国居民个体对社会保险、社会保障满意度对创业的影响存在显著区域差异与年龄差异,两者对西部区域居民创业及其意愿均表现出显著的激励效果,虽然个体对社会保险参与度对创业的抑制效果主要作用于生存型创业,但个体对社会保障的满意度对40岁以下居民创业的意愿具有显著的促进作用;(3)个体对社会保险的参与度与保障的满意度对农民工创业意愿具有显著的"激励效应"而对于企业家精神,冒险精神主要作用于城市居民创业及其创业意愿,创新精神则主要在农村居民创业及其创业意愿中发挥作用。
From the perspective of the planned behavior theory,the relationship between social insurance,social security satisfaction,entrepreneurship(risk and innovation),entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention is analyzed by using China’s comprehensive social survey data(CGSS2015),and on this basis,the heterogeneity of entrepreneurship and willingness of migrant workers in different regions,ages,urban and rural areas as well as migrant workers is explored.The findings are as follows:(1)On the whole,China’s individual residents’participation in social insurance and their satisfaction with social security have a direct inhibiting effect on their entrepreneurial intention,in addition,through the mediating effect of reducing the level of residents’adventurous spirit,the entrepreneurial spirit and willingness of residents are inhibited.(2)There are significant regional and age differences in the impact of individual residents’satisfaction with social insurance and social security on entrepreneurship,both of them have significant incentive effects on entrepreneurship and willingness of residents in western regions,although the inhibitory effect of individuals’participation in social insurance on entrepreneurship is mainly on survival entrepreneurship,individuals’satisfaction with social security has a significant promoting effect on the willingness of residents under 40 to start businesses.(3)Individual participation in social insurance and satisfaction with social security have a significant"incentive effect"on migrant workers’entrepreneurial intention;for entrepreneurship,the spirit of adventure mainly plays a role in urban residents’entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial willingness,while the spirit of innovation mainly plays a role in rural residents’entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial willingness.
