摘要
“课堂展示”作为一种教学方式已广泛地应用于高校课堂之中,并具有多重功能。在班杜拉的三元交互决定论的理论视角指引下,以H大学的一位教育学硕士研究生为研究对象,辨析个人、行为和环境三类影响因素在课堂展示中对于身份建构的交互作用过程。研究发现,课堂展示成为学生不断自我建构的方式,展示者呈现三种类型的身份构建:单纯展示的讲解者、寻求问题解决的学习者、自我表达的分享者,并适时进行不同身份之间的动态转换。在展示者身份建构的过程中,个人、行为和环境三者相互影响、共同实施课堂展示行为。其中,个人因素与教师的作用尤为重要,展示者的结果期待对其展示行为具有自我合理化的作用。
“Presentation”has become a teaching method widely used in college classrooms,carrying multiple functions.Guided by Bandura’s theoretical perspective of ternary interaction determinism,a master’s degree in education at H University is used as the research object to identify the interaction process of three types of influencing factors of person,behavior and environment in presentation.The study found that“presentation”has become a process of continuous self-construction of students,the presenter presents three types of identity construction:the explainer who simply presents,the learner who seeks to solve the problem,the self-expression sharer,and the dynamic transformation between different identities in due course.In the process of the identity construction of the presenter,the person,behavior and environment influence each other and shape the presentation behavior together.Among them,personal factors and the role of teachers are particularly important,the results of the presenter expected to its display behavior has played a self-rational role.
