教科书评价发展:历程、反思与建议

摘要 教科书评价规范和引领教科书的发展是提升教科书质量、推进教科书建设的驱动力。我国教科书评价的发展大致经历了萌芽期、发展期、深化期三个阶段。教科书评价在与时俱进中逐渐走上了规范化、专业化和现代化的发展道路,其主要表现为:评价政策日趋完善;评价理念凸显育人为本;评价内容与时俱进;评价标准日渐科学;评价主体日益多元。但教科书评价在适应课程改革与自身完善的过程中也面临评价内容标准制定有待细化、使用过程追踪反馈亟待解决、师生主体评价意识需要提升等诸多困境。要切实提升教科书评价的科学化水平,应从细化评价标准、加强顶层设计;重视动态评价、完善使用过程;更新评价理念、回应评价需求等方面加以完善。 Textbook evaluation regulates and leads the development of textbooks,and is the driving force to improve textbook quality and promote textbook construction.Textbook evaluation in China has basically progressed through three stages:the budding period,the development period,and the deepening period.Textbook evaluation has gradually stepped on the road of standardization,specialization and modernization in the process of advancing with the times.The key symptoms are that the assessment policy is getting better and better,the evaluation idea emphasizes nurturing,the evaluation material keeps up with the times,and the evaluation subjects get more and more varied.However,as part of the process of adjusting to the curriculum reform and improving itself,textbook evaluation also encounters numerous challenges.For example,there is a need to improve the standardization of evaluation content,address the tracking feedback of the use process,and increase teacher and student awareness of subject evaluation.It is necessary to improve evaluation standards,strengthen top-level design,pay attention to dynamic evaluation,improve the use process,update evaluation concepts,and address evaluation needs in order to improve the scientific level of textbook evaluation.
