摘要
建设高质量教材体系,评价标准建构是重要抓手.中国亟待构建系统完整的数学教材评价指标体系.依据国家教材政策文件,基于对相关学术文献的内容分析,运用德尔菲法发起3轮专家征询,利用层次分析法(AHP)和指标权重分析,构建了基础教育数学教材评价指标体系,包括9个一级指标、20个二级指标和69个三级指标.由全面质量管理理论建立了数学教材质量监控和评价一体化模型,助推基础教育数学教材质量监控和评价的完善和发展.
The construction of evaluation criteria is an important tool in building a high-quality textbook system.Based on the status of research on mathematics textbooks at domestic and international levels,there is an urgent need to build a systematic and complete localized evaluation index system in China.Based on the content analysis of textbook policy documents and academic literature,three rounds of expert consultation were launched using the Delphi method and using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and indicator weighting analysis,9 first-level indicators,20 second-level indicators and 69 third-level indicators were constructed for the evaluation of mathematics textbooks.The integrated model of quality evaluation and monitoring of mathematics textbooks was established by the theory of total quality management,which promoted the improvement and development of quality monitoring and evaluation of mathematics textbooks in basic education.
