摘要
美国学校辅导教师制的发展历经了萌芽、发展、完善三个阶段,由最初负责职业指导的专门辅导教师逐步扩大且向更专业化的方向发展。在这个发展过程中,学校辅导教师的角色定位和职能逐渐明晰;对学生生涯规划指导起着重要作用;联邦政府为学校辅导教师的职业发展提供保障。对美国学校辅导教师制的发展历程与特点进行分析,可为新高考背景下我国中小学实施全员导师制在教师明确自身角色定位、丰富和扩大职能要求、对学生生涯规划进行指导、提供资金和政策支持等方面提供一些借鉴。
The development of school counselors in the United States has gone through three stages:germination,development and improvement.From the initial specialized school counselors in charge of career guidance,the scale has gradually expanded and developed in a more professional direction.In the process of this development,the role orientation and function of school counselors are gradually clarified.It plays an important role in students'career planning and guidance.The federal government provides a guarantee for the development of school counselors.But at the same time,there are some problems in the development of school counselors,such as the proportion of school students and school counselors is not coordinated.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the development of American school counselors,this study provides some references for the development of the full tutorial system in China under the background of the new college entrance examination in terms of clarifying teachers'role positioning,enriching and expanding functional requirements,guiding students'career planning,providing funds and policy support.
