摘要
中小学班主任制度自诞生之日始,对我国教育事业发展做出了重大贡献的同时,其弊端也日益显现。基于此,不少学校在班主任制度变革方面进行了实践探索:取消班主任教育角色、团队班主任制度、完善"一人班主任制"。班主任制度变革的理论新探索有:多班主任制、专职辅导员制度、全面导师制。当前班主任制度变革在几个方面急需加大学术研究力度。
Since the beginning of the birth of the system of class headteacher in primary and secondary schools in P.R.C., it has made great contributions to the development of education in P.R.C., but its disadvantages are becoming more and more obvious.Based on this, many schools has carried out many practice and exploration in terms of class headteacher system reform such as canceling the the education roles of class headteacher and the system of team headteacher, perfecting "system of one person in eharge".In terms of the relative theoretical exploration of the system reform,there are multi class headteacher system, full-time counselor system, comprehensive tutorial system.At present, the class head teacher system reform in China is in urgent need of strengthening the academic research in of the current class headteacher system reform study of the system reform. several aspects: To summarize and improve the concerned theory in China; to strengthen the theoretical basis; to strengthen the
