摘要
简略回顾了中国老龄科学研究的发展历程。中国的老龄科学研究始于对人口老龄化引发的政治、经济、社会、文化等方面问题的关注。在相关国际组织的资助和协调下,中国老龄科学研究机构积极与国际学术界交流合作,研究领域不断深化和拓宽,研究成果在世界范围内的影响越来越大。总结了中国老龄科学研究的成就和不足。主要成就:坚持以国际先进老龄理念为引导,国际理念的本土转化取得成效,立足国情的老龄科学研究成果较为丰富,老龄科学研究基础数据库逐步建立,老龄科学研究多学科协同形成共识,老龄科学研究的社会效益受到重视,等等。存在的主要不足:发展的社会观在研究中体现不够,系统观点的重要性未被充分认识,本土概念和理论建构比较薄弱,以人为本的理念尚未落到实处,老年人的贡献和价值被严重低估,科研为政策服务的能力有待提升,等等。提出新时代中国老龄科学研究的重点领域和重要问题:加强老龄科学理论研究,加强老龄科学学科建设,加强老龄问题国际比较研究,加强人口老龄化状况和发展研究,加强老龄社会条件下经济发展研究,加强老龄社会中的社会与文化研究,加强老龄社会公共政策研究,加强老龄社会条件下信息技术和人工智能研究,等等。
This paper first made a brief review of the development of scientific research on aging in China,which had begun with political,economic,social and cultural issues resulted from population aging.With the support and coordination of relevant international organizations,aging research institutions in China actively collaborate with the international academic community,and consequently their reseairh has been continuously deepened and expanded,and research fruits have become more and more influential.The paper then summarized the achievements and deficiencies of China's research on aging.Main achievements include:adherence to the international advanced concept of aging,indigenization of international concepts,plenty of research results on the basis of China's national conditions,and a basic database of aging research gradually established,consensus on multi-disciplinary collaboration reached,and social benefits of aging research valued,etc.Deficiencies are as follows.The development outlook on society is not fully reflected in research;the importance of systematic view is not fully recognized;indigenous concept and theory building are relatively weak;the concept of people-oriented has not yet been implemented;the contribution and value of the elderly are seriously underestimated;and the ability of aging research to serve policy making is still yet to be improved.Finally,this paper put fomard key areas of research on aging that need to be enhanced and key issues that need to be addressed in the new era,including disciplinary building as well as theoretical research of aging science,international comparative research of aging issues,research on population aging and its evolvement,research of economy,society,culture,public policies,infonnation technology and artificial intelligence in the aging society,etc.
