摘要
积极应对人口老龄化需要准确全面和及时的数据支持。随着现代科学技术的发展,人工智能、大数据和云计算等技术的应用,新时代的国情国力中人口调查的社会经济和技术环境与过去传统的调查有显著的差别。就如何做好新时代国情国力中的人口调查,从登记方法、调查项目改进、全员动态人口数据库建设等方面,提出了多方面的具体建议。这些建议对于完善国情国力及人口调查方法,加强国情国力和人口动态监测有借鉴意义,并将有益于科学制定国民经济和社会发展规划,完善应对人口老龄化战略和政策体系。
Active response to population ageing calls for accurate,eomprehensive and timely data support.With the development of modem science and technology,the application of artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing and other technologies,the socio-economic and technological environment of population survey in the new era is significantly different from that of traditional surveys in the past.This paper put forward some concrete suggestions on how to do a good job in carrying out population surveys in the new era from aspects of registration methods,improvement of survey items,and building of an all-member dynamic population database.These suggestions can greatly improve national conditions and strength and our population survey methods,enhance dynamic monitoring of population,and will therefore be conducive to scientifically formulating national economic and social development plans,and improving strategies and policy systems to tackle with population ageing.
